Built to be trusted with
a builder’s buyer list.
One database per workspace, two-factor and passkeys, encryption at rest, an append-only audit trail, TCPA checks before every text, and a Fair Housing audit on the AI lead score.
Your buyers’ data, in your own database.
One database per workspace. Provisioned, exported or deleted on its own.
Two-factor and passkeys
Authenticator app with recovery codes, enforceable per workspace. Passkeys for fingerprint or face sign-in. Sessions visible and revocable; account lockout; rate limits.
Encryption at rest
AES-256-GCM for sensitive fields, such as a realtor’s tax ID (SSN or EIN), of which only the last four digits are shown. TLS in transit. A strict content-security policy on every page.
Append-only audit trail
Every state change is attributed to a user and kept, including every contract price amendment and every 1099 export. Management can read it; nobody can edit it.
Texting rules checked before every send
Each text is checked against the TCPA consent ledger, your do-not-contact list, the national DNC upload and quiet hours. A blocked text is logged on the lead with the reason, not dropped silently.
AI lead scoring with a Fair Housing audit
Before notes reach the AI, words that name a protected class, or stand in for one, are replaced with “[protected]”, and the model is told not to use them. Every score is logged with its reason and model, and an admin can export the audit as a CSV.
Scheduled backups. A full security review and hardening pass was completed in August 2026.
Proven platform
The platform has been in daily production use since July 2026. The US home-builder features (texting, contracts, options, warranty, co-op) were added in October 2026.
- Multi-tenant platform live since August 2026: one Postgres database per workspace and an admin console for provisioning, modules, usage and support.
- CI with a dependency-vulnerability gate; a deploy script with verification and rollback; scheduled backups.
- Security review and hardening pass, August 2026.
A product of Ethereal Design and Askel Technologies. US defaults in every US workspace: dollars, US phone and address formats, and each community’s own time zone.
Where your data sits,
and who can reach it.
What an IT administrator or a compliance reviewer asks before sign-off.
How is our customer data kept separate from other builders?
Every ZevroCRM workspace gets its own database, rather than sharing one table with a tenant column. One builder’s buyer records are not stored alongside another’s, and a workspace can be exported or deleted on its own.
What security controls does ZevroCRM have?
ZevroCRM supports enforced two-factor authentication and passkeys, so staff can sign in with a fingerprint or face instead of a shared password. Sensitive fields such as a realtor’s tax ID are encrypted at rest, and every change is attributed to a user in an audit trail.
How does the AI lead score avoid Fair Housing problems?
In a US workspace, ZevroCRM replaces words in the notes that name a protected class, or stand in for one, with “[protected]” before anything reaches the AI, and the model is told not to use protected traits. Every score is logged with its reason, the prompt version and the model, and an admin can download the audit as a CSV.
Where are ZevroCRM’s US terms and privacy policy?
ZevroCRM’s US terms of service, privacy policy and data processing agreement are being prepared with US counsel and are not published yet. Until they are, write to hello@zevrocrm.com with any question about how your data is handled.
What happens to our data if we stop using ZevroCRM?
Your workspace data stays exportable for as long as the workspace exists. On exit we confirm the export and deletion steps with your named administrator rather than deleting anything on our own schedule.
