The buyer journey ZevroCRM covers

Nine steps. One record.
Inquiry to warranty.

Your online sales counselor, your community sales team and your warranty desk work from the same buyer record. No spreadsheet next to the CRM.

  1. Inquiry

Zillow and NewHomeSource leads, your website form and model-home walk-ins land in one inbox. Duplicates merge by phone number.

    ZillowNewHomeSourceWebsite formWalk-inSign-in kioskRealtorPhoneReferral+2 more
  2. OSC follow-up

The online sales counselor works new leads first: texts, calls and notes on one timeline, then hands a ready buyer to the community team.

  3. Texting, with consent

Two-way texting through Twilio. Every text checks the TCPA consent ledger, your do-not-contact list, the national DNC upload and quiet hours. STOP and HELP are handled.

  4. Model-home visit

A sign-in kiosk on a tablet in the model home. The visitor, their realtor and their texting consent are recorded on the lead.

  5. Homesite and plan

Communities, homesites, floor plans and elevations, with lot premiums. Hold a homesite for a named buyer.

  6. Contract

Purchase agreement PDF, a contract record with contingencies, earnest money and an estimated closing date. Sent for e-signature through Dropbox Sign.

  7. Options and construction

Options catalog, design center appointments and change orders with an audited price history. Construction stages with photos on the buyer portal.

  8. Loan and closing

Loan status from application to clear to close. Realtor co-op is paid at closing on the final price, after every change order.

  9. Warranty

Orientation, 60-day and 11-month walkthroughs are scheduled at closing. Warranty requests go to your trades, with the history on record.

Construction updates

Answer “how’s my home
coming along?” once.

Your team records each stage with photos. The buyer sees the same stages on their portal. Fewer calls to the sales office, and no payment requests mixed in.

  1. The stage, with photos

Each home carries construction stages from a workspace template: % complete, the date the site reached it, and photos from the site.

  2. The buyer sees it on their portal

The buyer portal shows the same stages your staff see, next to the contract price, estimated closing and loan status.

  3. Updates only, never a bill

In a US workspace a stage names no payment and moves no money. Marking it complete changes the update, nothing else.

After the contract

A generic CRM stops at
“sold”. This one doesn’t.

The purchase agreement, contingencies, earnest money, options, change orders, loan status and closing — on the buyer’s record, not in a spreadsheet next to it.

Illustrative data from a sample workspace.

  • The contract record

Base price, lot premium, options, earnest money and estimated closing. The purchase agreement is generated as a PDF and sent for e-signature through Dropbox Sign.

  • Change orders with a price history

Options picked at the design center become numbered change orders. Only a signed change order moves the contract price, and every amendment is kept.

  • Contingencies and the loan

Each contingency has a deadline and an owner who is reminded. Loan status runs from pre-approved to clear to close and funded.

  • The buyer’s own portal

Buyers sign in to see their contract price, estimated closing, loan status, documents and construction stages — and raise a warranty request after closing.

Pricing

Pricing built around
your communities.

Every builder sells differently: one community or twelve, an OSC team or none. We price ZevroCRM for your setup and walk you through it on a call.

How pricing works

Questions we hear often

What a builder’s
sales team asks first.

Straight answers on what ZevroCRM does, who it is for, and how your data is handled.

What is ZevroCRM?

ZevroCRM is a CRM for production and semi-custom home builders. It keeps every inquiry, model-home visit, text, appointment, contract, change order, closing and warranty request on one buyer record, so a sales manager can see which buyers are moving and which have gone quiet without asking anyone for an update.

Who is ZevroCRM built for?

ZevroCRM is built for production and semi-custom builders: the online sales counselor (OSC), community sales managers, the design center, the warranty desk and the realtors who bring buyers in. It suits a builder selling in one community or in several.

How is ZevroCRM different from a general-purpose CRM?

A generic CRM stops at “closed won”. ZevroCRM continues through what happens next in a new-home sale: communities, homesites, floor plans and lot premiums; the purchase agreement, contingencies and earnest money; options, design center appointments and signed change orders; loan status; construction updates on a buyer portal; realtor co-op paid at closing; and warranty walkthroughs after closing.

What does ZevroCRM cost?

ZevroCRM does not publish US prices yet. We price each workspace for your communities, team size and the features you need. Use the form on the pricing page or write to hello@zevrocrm.com and we reply within one business day.

How does ZevroCRM handle texting and TCPA consent?

ZevroCRM sends and receives texts through your own Twilio account. Before every text it checks the lead’s consent in a TCPA consent ledger, your do-not-contact list, the national Do Not Call list you upload, and quiet hours in the buyer’s time zone. STOP and HELP replies are handled, and a blocked text is logged on the lead with the reason. Have your counsel review your consent wording before you go live.

Does ZevroCRM handle contracts and change orders?

Yes. ZevroCRM generates the purchase agreement as a PDF and keeps a contract record with contingencies, earnest money and an estimated closing date. Purchase agreements and change orders go out for e-signature through Dropbox Sign. Only a signed change order moves the contract price, and every price amendment is kept in the record.
