ZevroCRM is a product of Ethereal Design and Askel Technologies, built by Ethereal Design Studio (OPC) Private Limited. The US edition is made for production and semi-custom builders who sell from one CRM and track contracts, options and warranty somewhere else.
How ZevroCRM started
ZevroCRM started as the CRM for one residential builder and went live in their sales office in July 2026, running real inquiries, quotes and sales.
In August 2026 it became a multi-tenant platform: every customer gets its own workspace on its own database, with an admin console for provisioning, modules, usage and support.
In October 2026 we added the US edition for home builders: Twilio texting with TCPA consent, Zillow and NewHomeSource intake, a model-home kiosk, communities and homesites, purchase agreements and e-signature, options and change orders, loan status, realtor co-op and warranty.
